Return Policy

You can contact us at support@dayrizbeauty.com within 7 days after receipt of the product to process returns and exchanges .

Confirm receipt — Apply for return or exchange– Customer service approved- Customer return the goods– Warehouse inspect and receipt– Review of returns and exchanges — Refund / exchange

For returns and exchanges please indicate order number , name and phone number

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances

– Wore ( such as label is cut ) and washed products

The product is damaged by the customer

· Washed or cleaned items

The product has been delivered for more than 7 days .

· If you send us back without contact .

If attachments such as labels or boxes are lost or damaged

” We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase . If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased , you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price , minus the shipping , handling .

The item must be returned in good condition , in original boxes ( whenever possible ) , and with all paperwork , parts and accessories to ensure credit .

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your returned product . Your refund will include the cost of the item , plus any applicable sales tax .

If you receive a damaged or defective item contact a Customer Support Representative within 7 days of delivery . Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e – mail , as well as your e – mail address and phone number.

We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return , we will pay shipping fee . If you do not contact Customer Support you are responsible for all return shipping charges .

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs ( this includes retums ) : No restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product
